Policies and Procedures

All Consultants practicing at The Clinica work as independent practitioners using their professional knowledge and qualified experience.

The Clinica will accept no vicarious liability for the acts, omissions or defaults of the Consultants that have been granted practicing privileges, or for those whose actions they have formally accepted accountability for.

All Consultants are obliged to adhere to The Clinica’s policies and procedures, and to ensure compliance with all areas of The Clinica’s registration with the CQC.

All Consultants practicing at The Clinica offer their services through other private health service providers and some of them also hold a Consultant position in the NHS.
