Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to your appointment will entitle you to a full refund; for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and more than 24 hours notice a fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee will be applied; for cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or no-shows the full consultation fee will still be charged.
