At The Clinica we abide by the Data Protection Act 2018 that regulates how we should use patients’ information. The six principles regulating data use enable us to collect your information as long as:

• – They are collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to the patient and not used in any way that is not related to those purposes;
• – Relevant and limited to the purposes that we have declared;
• – Accurate and kept up to date;
• – Kept only as long as necessary;
• – Kept securely.

The collection of personal information starts with the registration process and continues when you undergo your consultation or treatment, and we may require additional information on your health from other healthcare professionals that are involved in your care.
