Dr. Giada Frontino

Dr. Frontino is an experienced and skilled Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 20 years of experience in treating women from adolescence to adulthood.

Born in Florence, Dr Frontino attended the American School of Milan where she completed her International Baccalaureate, then, in 2003 she graduated in Medicine and Surgery and completed her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Mangiagalli University Hospital.

In 2008 Dr Frontino was appointed as a hospitalist and researcher in the same University Hospital, and led the national tertiary referral centre for congenital female genital malformations.

Dr. Frontino has a wealth of experience managing gynaecological emergencies, and has done extensive clinical research and training on fertility issues as well as adenomyosis, endometriosis and fibroids. Dr. Frontino is widely published and has written various articles in peer-reviewed journals, several chapters in international textbooks, and has contributed to publications in proceedings for international congresses.

Dr. Frontino has started her private practice in 2008 and provides early pregnancy care, wellwoman checkups and a holistic approach to treating irregular cycles and abnormal periods. Her expertise in Adolescent Gynaecology along with her gentle and empathic approach make her the best specialist to be approached by patients who want to understand the underlying cause of their symptoms but feel anxious about approaching a specialist.

Dr. Frontino is specialized in Perimenopause and Menopause, and is known to provide thorough and individualised care to her patients, always using a gentle and caring approach.

Dr. Frontino currently works full-time in the private sector and divides her time between her Harley Street practice in London, OneWelbeck and The Clinica in Ascot. When not working, Dr. Frontino loves to spend time with her family and friends, enjoys the fine arts, trekking and is a keen swimmer and skier.
