Booking Process

It is the patient’s responsibility to pay for the services provided by The Clinica should those not be settled or covered by an insurer or sponsor.

 

Self-funding patients

In order for us to confirm your appointment for a consultation, we require payment in full at the time of booking. If your appointment is booked for you to have a treatment, at the time of booking we will require payment of a reservation fee as if you were booking an initial consultation with the specialist providing the treatment.

 

Insured patients

Patients covered by private medical insurance at the time of booking will be required to confirm their insurance provider name, membership number and authorisation code in order for The Clinica to confirm the booking. Credit card details will still be required in line with our cancellation policy. The patient assumes full responsibility for settling their account if their insurer or sponsor does not pay or refuses to cover the full amount. The patient authorises the clinic to submit claims relating to their insurer on the patient’s behalf.
