Health Records

Before any consultation with one of our Consultants, we will always ask your consent to enable us to send a copy of your clinical letter to your NHS GP, should you wish to keep him/her informed of your private health consultation.

Patient data will be treated strictly in line with the standards imposed by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and will be subject to confidentiality according to the Data Protection Act 2018.

In the event of your health records being used for clinical auditing purposes (a way to improve the quality of our services), you can be assured that we will strictly protect your confidentiality in accordance with the relevant legislations including The Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998, the Health and Social Care Act 2012, the Health and Social Care (Safety and Quality) Act 2015, the Medical Reports Act 1988 and Health Records Act 1990 and the guideline on confidentiality of the British Medical Association.
